The second CD dedicated to compositions by José Eduardo Rocha (JER), a Portuguese artist-composer, born in 1961, with an extensive and meaningful musical production since 1990, particularly in the areas of musical theatre and chamber music. This CD, published by the author’s label, consists of historical and archival remastered recordings. Ballad for Violone and Piano, was composed for the Trio JER, and first performed in 2017, Professions at an Exhibition is a set of two suites, with ouverture and 13 movements each, music composed for the 26 animation films series Eu Quero Ser… [I Want to Be…], produced by Animanostra in 2008.
